Cave Gulch is located within Nez Perce County, Idaho and is a tributary to the Snake River. Cave Gulch is shown as number 35 in Figure 1. The watershed encompasses approximately 3,177 acres.

Wetlands

The USDA Soil Survey for Lewis/Nez Perce counties was used to determine the extent of hydric soils within the watershed. Approximately 41 acres were identified and are illustrated in figure 2 (shown in light blue).
