The purpose of this project is to complete a design to upgrade the existing culvert crossing where White Road crosses Tom Beall Creek. The existing culvert is a fish passage barrier which prohibits salmonids from moving up and down stream. The project is for the initial scoping and design.

The project is located along Tom Beall Creek, a tributary to the Lapwai Creek watershed. See image below for approximate location.
