Wauncher Gulch is a tributary to the Potlatch River. The watershed is located in Nez Perce County, Idaho (figure 1). The watershed encompasses 2,607 acres.

Wetlands
The USDA Soil Survey for Lewis/Nez Perce counties was used to determine the extent of hydric soils within the watershed. Approximately 2 acres were identified and are illustrated in figure 4.
