Lapwai Creek Categorical Review

The Northwest Power and Conservation Council (Council) is reviewing Anadromous and Fish Habitat and Hatchery projects funded under the Council’s Columbia Rivers Basin Fish and Wildlife Program (Program). As part of this process the NPSWCD’s Lapwai Creek Steelhead Habitat project will be reviewed.
